An ambitious one day itinerary in New York City. It is possible as I have done slight variants of this with two groups, and sent it to a third. Requires an absurd amount of walking, but what are you traveling for? Theoretically there is enough time to stay at each place for a little bit.
Estimated walking distance: ~8-9 miles
Total time: ~12-14 hours (30-60 min per place)
New York City is a special place filled with life and color. I am always left in awe looking down the endless boulevards, where there are buildings and buildings and buildings stretching down forever. It consumes your self and makes it a part of something bigger. We won! Please visit and experience the world city for yourself.
Leg One: Hudson Yards to Wall Street
The legs are broken up semi-randomly. The first part of the day sees you gander down Manhattan, starting by the Moynihan Train Hall/Madison Square Garden area. You start at the cutting edge of the city (Hudson Yards), and wind through old and restored and touristy and neighborhood-y places. You end on the tip, seeing the 9/11 memorial and optionally taking a walk to Wall Street (though there’s nothing much, the train to Central Park is more straightforward starting there so might as well).

Leg Two: Central Park to Koreatown
Culture and icons! MoMA, Central Park, Times Square and Koreatown. Tourist central, but essential stops that will memorably wrap up your trip.
I think that Met is unquestionably a far superior museum, as MoMA is small and only has galleries/modern art while Met is huge, grand, historical, and has all these cool rooms (such as cathedral themed), but requires a few hours minimum. Only go if you have two days or are willing to cut other stuff out.
